Terms & Conditions

  1. Prize and General Information

    1. This giveaway is sponsored by Twenty-Nine Palms Enterprises Corporation, d/b/a Spotlight 29 Casino.
    2. Winners of the giveaway will be awarded two (2) suite tickets for a Firebirds game at Acrisure Arena.
    3. The giveaway prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
    4. This giveaway period begins on October 3, 2025 and ends on April 11, 2026.
  2. Eligibility and Entry

    1. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
    2. The giveaway is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements as outlined on the official entry page.
    3. To qualify, participants must attend a home Firebirds game and enter the giveaway at the designated booth.
    4. Entry into the giveaway requires each participant to opt-in to Spotlight 29 Casino’s mailing list, and participants will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
    5. Participants may only submit one (1) entry per month.
    6. Each participant may only win once throughout the promotional season, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
  3. Selection, Winner Notification & Claiming Prizes

    1. Winners will be randomly selected in a monthly drawing held by Spotlight 29 Casino.
    2. Selected winners for each month will be notified no later than the fifth (5th) day of the following month.
    3. For the final month of the season, the winner will be selected in advance to ensure fulfillment for the last home game.
    4. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry.
    5. Winners must claim their prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.
    6. If a winner does not respond or claim their prize within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and offered to the next potential winner.
  4. General Conditions

    1. Participation constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    2. Spotlight 29 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time and for any reason.
    3. Spotlight 29 is not responsible for incorrect or invalid email addresses, technical issues or failures, or the winner’s failure to check email notifications or claim their prize according to these Terms and Conditions.
    4. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, tribal, and local laws and regulations.
